converter error

I connected the Pico TC-08 to my laptop running Windows XP with a USB cable and I get error 14 when I try to create a new setting...

Unit not opened: Error code 14
Please consult the Troubleshooting guide in the product manual from the Pico 'Start Menu' group.

...So, is there a solution, a workaround, or even a tip???

Hi and thank you for your post.

This may have occured on an update, which version of the software have you got? I would download the latest software from our website, remove the old software and install the latest version.
