Hello from FRANCE,
I've just installed the last software and I have a problem with channel A, B works fine.
There is a little red icon on channel A but I don't find anything about it:

Hi and thank you for your post.
What product are you using? I also noticed that you have the voltage range at 500mV if your voltage range goes above this then the red icon will appear to warn you that you have exceeded the voltage in that range.
Let me know how you get on. |

Hi, could you tell me and try the following:
1) What are your input voltages?
2) Have you tried changing your input channels and seeing if you have the same problem?
3) What version of the software are you using? (Help->about)
4) Have you tried removing the software and reinstalling it in English?
Kind regards |

Hi,
This seems to be a problem with channel A, please email us at support@picotech.com and put FAO of Ziko on the subject heading. The product may need to be repaired.
Kind regards |
