I Got a AUTOMOTIVE DIAGNOSTIC KIT WITH 4 CH PICOSCOPE. I want to use it for online data recording through PICOLOG software. When i am trying to record it , it doesnt respond. whats is the solution??

Hello Manoj,

Which version of PicoLog are you using and how is it configured?

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of PicoLog, R5.20.1 (http://www.picotech.com/download.html)

Remember to uninstall the current version first, if you need to upgarde.
