I want to use the TH-03 to manage a heat pump which heats a domestic swimming pool.
For this I need to mount 2 of the sensors in the pool water. How would you advise the best way to do this? One option would be to mount the sensor in some way in the pool plumbing pipe work (drill a hole and secure it / seal it – the pool pump runs at under1 bar), or to attach it on the outside of the pipe work (and make some allowance for the indirect measurement).
Ideally I'd like to put the sensor in the water rather outside the pipe. Are the sensors waterproof? Or could they be made waterproof?
thanks.

Hi and thank you for your post.
The temperature sensors are waterproof. However they will not last as long if they may not last as long when measuring air temperature.
Kind regards |
