Hi and thank you for your post.
I am not an expert in CAN bus however what I can say is that your transfer rate is 1Mb/s. Now depending on the number of bits you have in the signal then your baud rate would be 1000000/x (where x is the number of bits in signal). So you would need to know how many bits there are in your signal since these vary in the CAN bus.
