Hi,
I noticed there is a small bug in the zooming feature. In live mode with trigger enabled and no trigger events incoming, zooming in causes the graph to be very blocky. Seems like it doesn't read data from the hardware buffer in that state when zooming in/out. I'm using PS5204.
Also, selecting "Help/About PicoScope..." always crashes the program when PS5204 is connected. |

HI and thank you for your post.
This is not a bug it has something to do with having the time capturing the data and display, when it is triggered then the data is collected.
The second issue you raise should not happen, next time this happens send the error file to support@picotech.com FAO of Ziko. Also send the settings file.
