Assigning rulers in Picoscope using PS3424

Left click = assign a ruler to Ch1.
Right click = assign to Ch 2.
How do you assign to Ch3 and Ch4?

Regards,

Mark.

Hi,

Thank you for your post. Unfortunately, you cannot associate a ruler with the third or fourth channel of a four-channel oscilloscope.

Kind regards

Will this be fixed in the next release of software?

Hi, it is unlikely that this feature will be added, however I can put this through as a suggestion to the developers.

Kind regards

Rulers can be assigned as follows...

Left click = assign a ruler to ChA.
Right click = assign to Ch B.
Shift + Left click = assign to ChC.
Shift + Right click = assign to Ch D.

Hope this helps...

Very good, Well spotted! PicoScope 5 has undergone many changes over the years and unfortunately this was not updated in the documentation and as such I was not aware of this feature, I have passed this to our technical editor to add this in the documentation.

Thank you for you input.
