|
|
Dears,
referring to my post from Oct 4, I still do not have a satisfying answer
to my problem with Offset Null: nothing happens when I select the
menu entry. I have a 3206, running Win XP.
So if someone can elaborate on how exactly this is supposed to work
I would be grateful.
It's annoying as the offset is just multiplied in the 10x mode, so I see
about 70mV offset.
cheers Oliver |

Hi and thank you for your post.
Have you installed the PicoScope software in a language other then English? If so try installing it English and this should resolve your problem for the time being.
Let me know if this helps.
Kind regards
Ziko |

Hi Ziko,
at last I came back to my Scope. Ah, yes, it worx in English !
I would never have guessed that if there is a bug it is left out
in the English version. Therefore nobody replied when I asked
how it should work.
Even your colleague didn't give the right tip upon my first posting.
If you cannot fix it soon, I think you should make this bug public.
I couldn't read anything about it yet.
Thanx and have a nice day, Oliver |
