|

I've just installed picoScope.
Now I've got a problem with this program and my ADC-20.
When i startup picoScope I get an error about not finding a dll.
(adc1032.dll or adc1132.dll. I think this has to do with the selected product in picoscope)
I cannot select my product, the ADC-20, in picoscope.
Unless i installed the software for ADC-20/24 it is not listed in Picoscope.
Picolog works ok.
Can someone help me? |

I already know it's impossible.
Only picolog is compatible with the ADC-20.
I was confused because the software departement on this site offered me the opportunity to download picoscope as well for the ADC-20 |

I've just unwrapped my ADC-20, and am rather dissappointed that there is no support for it in PicoScope.
I described in detail my application to the sales advisor, and was assured that it would fulfill our needs. I now find that it does not. I will be returning the unit on Monday unless a workaround can be found immediately. |

Hello Jason,
Thank you for your post.
What is your application and how did you intend to use PicoScope for this purpose? It may be that we did not fully undersatand your requirements and offered the ADC20 as the wrong solution.
Best regards,
Michael |
