After using version 6 (and liking it), I discovered that the program stops recognizing my 3223 if I leave it for a few hours. Even closing and reopening the software doesn't help. It comes up stating that there is no device connected, so I unplug the usb cord and plug it back in, and then everything is ok again. Is this normal? How can this be fixed?

Hello Nathan,

You will need to disable the power management of the USB root hubs.

This can be done via the device manager.

Best regards,
Michael
