May I know why the meter reading of the frequency of the ADC212-3 is very low compared to what I'm reading on the Spectrum window?
E.g the meter will display the frequency around 10 kHz while the spectrum window obviously displaying maximum peak frequency of 179 kHz. I did try adjusting the maximum voltage range from auto up to 20Volts but it makes no different whatsoever. Could it be that the unit is faulty.
The maximum frequency that I measured is confirmed to be around 179kHz as I do check this using a frequency counter by Texas instrument. |

Hi
What release of software are you using? Firstly I recommend to try 5.14.6 which has just been uploaded to our website today:
http://www.picotech.com/software
If this is not making any difference then try the frequency measurement function in the scope view and see what value this gives. Also if you could show us a screenshot of the two views so that we can see the spectrum this would be helpful.
