PicoScope 5.13.9 crashing and crashing

I have just received the PicoScope. It works often, but when choosing some (simple) configurations the SW crashes.
Version 5.13.9, Windows XP Pro, SP2
5.13.4 also crashed a lot...

Any help? Ideas?
Removed and reinstalled multiple times already...

Sample setting file on www.flarm.com/tmp/crash.zip
Load the settings file and choose run on the trigger. Crashes each time on my system...
I have the PicoScope 3205, Driver 2.9.0.0

Sometimes after the crash the PicoScope is no longer recognized by the SW... Have to disconnect USB, wait 10sec, reconnect, wait 30sec restart SW. Mad
