PicoScope3206 timebase problems?

Can't run the scope at a timebase <50ns/division ?

I've bought the 3206 because of 1ns/division !!!

I installed the Software Version 5.13.7.
The Minimum Time per division is 50ns.

Is there something special I have to do ?
I need at least 5ns per division.

Silly question but did you use the X expansion facility, maybe the max speed refers to that?

Hi

1ns per division should be accessible when using ETS triggering. ETS mode can only be used with repetitive signals.
