Hi,
I have just got the Automotive kit with the ADC212/3.
I must say that it looks very impressive but I am having a small problem with the Automotive drop down menu.
When I select one of the sensors(any) It brings up an error saying
The settings File you are choosing was saved with the product ()
Please resave your settings with the converter you are attempting to use ,Then restart the software.
I then Press OK and
ERROR Unable to load Test file
What am I doing wrong??
I can view these files in the demo software no problem.

Hi John,
I'm sorry to hear about this problem. It sounds like the software didn't get installed correctly. Do you also have a demo version installed on the same PC? That could be causing problems.
Best thing to do is install it again but make sure you do a fresh install by removing any previous installations first. Check if you have either of these directories on your PC and delete them:
C:\Pico
C:\Program Files\Pico
Once you've deleted these, run the installation from the CD or download the latest version from our website (currently 5.13.4). Make sure you select the ADC212 during installation.
