I have updated my picoscope software this morning from version 5.12 to 5.13.4
This newer version the software can't find my ADC-11 logger anymore.
It say's (USBADC11 not connected) i am sure it is connected.
i have reinstalled the old version and this one worked again?
In in the older version it was posible to go to File/Setup/Converter to define witch device you are using, and select on witch paralel/USB port it is connected.
In this new version i can only select ADC-11(USB).
maybe somebody hase some idea's ? |

Hi
Thank you for your post.
Yes the new software has a new driver in it which does not require you to select a port.
I recommend checking in the device manager to see if the unit is displayed correctly. If not then you may need to reinstall it. Let me know how the device is displayed here.

The Unit is displayed as:Pico USB ADC11
The driver Used is PicoPP.sys Version 1.8
PicoScope still can't find the attatched ADC-11.
But Picologger does find it. and works perfectly...
What could be the reason ? |
