Hello I am currently a 212-3 owner and have found the ability for composite views very helpful. Recently I downloaded the newest software so I could observe a 3423 file sent to me. I set the converter to 3000 series and was able to observe the file. I then tried to merge the file to look at 2 different parts of the trace at the same time and encountered an error message displaying the triggeres were not compatible. I have this error in the past when triggers were different on the 212-3 model but this is the same exact file with the exact same trigger.
I eventually intend to a aquire a 3423 but would really like the file merge/composite view ability to be functional. I did check the file merge option with the new download and the 212-3 it still works normally. If the software team could be informed of this so maybe it can be corrected it would be great.
