picolog and picoplayer

I am trying to install and run picolog and pico player on a laptop with XP.
the pico scope works fine but when I try to record record information from the scope I get the message that the driver is missing.I have reinstalled the software but to no avail.

Hi

Thank you for your post.

Which product are you using? The error that the driver is missing usually means it cannot find the product. Check in the installation directory for the relevant .dll file just to check that it has installed correctly.
