Hi,
Is it possible to drop a 4-20mA signal over a 125 ohm resistor to get a
0.5-2.5v input suitable for use as a differential input to the ADC-16, if so is it possible to deal with the 0.5v offset within the software supplied, in order to zero? Is the software supplied suitable to run on XP.

Hi Paul,

The answer is not to compensate for the offset, you don't need to. The input will measure from 0 to 20mA with a 125Ohm resistor. Use a lookup table as follows:
0 0
2500 20

The software works fine under XP.

Best Regards,
