adc212 serial no.

Hi I have an adc212 plus I purchased the automotive software on cd at a later date.

I wish to upgrade software but cannot see my serial no. on unit. My current version is 5.09.0.

Hi

Thank you for your post.

If you go to Help | About in the software which you already have, then the dialogue there will tell you your serial number.

thankyou for your very quick reply. I must be dafter than I thought I was as I still cannot find serial no.

Hi John

Thank you for your post.

Open the software with the unit connected. What does help about say? The serial number is the same as the batch number so you may need to look for that instead.

If you still cannot see it then copy what help about says onto here and I will see if I can see it.
