Hi; I would like to use your product (s) to display oscillograms in museum applications. These require large displays (VGA-LCD-20 Inch+) and usually low bandwidth (voiceband). The function needs to operate standalone, boot up and run on power up. The application will probably have an embedded controller which could issue some start up commands if there is the right means to do so (e.g. serial port).

Any adivice appreciated. Raj

Hi Raj

Thank you for your post.

It would be possible to use our products as you require. You could put the Picoscope software in the startup menu to start automatically when windows starts. If you save the settings that you wish to use then it will open using these settings.

The oscilloscope unit would need to be connected to the computer, so could not operate remotely. Any start up commands that you wish to issue will need to be issued by the computer.

In order to advise as to which oscilloscope would be most suitable I will need to know some more information regarding your specification needs, such as bandwidth and resolution.

Hope this helps

Best Regards
