I cannot install the software as I get an error during the installation.

I cannot install the software as I get an error during the installation.

1) Remove your old software

2) Download and install the latest software from our website at,

http://www.picotech.com/software.html

3) If you are still having problems use the following command in your dos command prompt (Start->run->cmd then click on Ok)

Make sure you are in the path of the file you have just downloaded,

    
4) Once you have done that type in the following command

setup.exe /v"/Lv picofull.log"

NOTE: setup.exe will be the file you downloaded, so if you downloaded 5.18.0 it would be PicoFull_r_5_18_0.exe instead of setup.exe

This will create a log file, picofull.log, email it to support@picotech.com so one of our software engineers could have a look at it.
