How many times per second do the PicoScope 5000 Series scopes update the display?

The update rate depends on the performance of your computer, but is typically about 20 updates per second and is independent of the number of samples being captured. This is as fast as the eye can follow, so there would be no benefit in going any faster. If you are using a laptop computer that is running on batteries, the PicoScope 6 software automatically reduces the update rate to minimise power consumption. The update rate is not related to the refresh rate of your monitor.
