Can the ADC 11/12 be set up to trigger on alarm conditions so
it will only record events we need. While monitoring contiunesly

Will it record to a new file each time it triggers

Hi,

The ADC-11/12 can be set up so that it triggers, but not of an alarm limit. The trigger point can have a threshold set this is a voltage level with the range of 0-2.5v. The trigger also has set whether it is a rising or falling signal.

When the trigger occurs a new file is saved with the data.

To use triggers in Picolog you have to run it in fast block mode.
