interface problme EL 037

Hi ,we having problem wiht enviromon system
EL 005 connect with EL 037 Converter.
we set the voltage to 2.5 V to Measure Output (0-60 mv).
we Notice the following :
!) we getting 1197.60mv but actual should be 5 mv ?
2) we getting 1436.30mv but actual should be10 mv ?
inaccurate we found

it seen to be match problem ! Kindly advise .
any Better to isolated or match it up ?

Have you configured the EL037 according to section 3.4.5 of the EnviroMon user guide http://www.picotech.com/document/pdf/emw044.pdf ?

What is the source of your signal and how have you demonstrated that the problem lies with the EL037 rather than your signal?
