New member but old PICO user. Have an ADC-212 that has served me well but am having problems with the latest software release 5.20.1. In single mode it acts as if auto mode is selected. The gate will only stay open for about 1 sec. Also get a message "psw32.exe has encountered a problem and must shut down" which it then does. I am running XP and have had no problems in the past using the same set up.
Tried to redownload the software and now see that only 5.20.0 is available on the PICO site which will not load over 5.20.1. I got 5.20.1 with the last newsletter 7/13/08. Is there a problem with 5.20.1 and was it retracted by PICO? Any help offered will be greatly appreciated.

| Sorry guys, my stupidity. I did not look at the Setup/Convertor. A series 2000 was selected and all started to work just fine when I selected the ADC212 convertor. |
