I think this is a question about differential inputs. I'd like to hook up 2 identical voltage output pressure transducers to each other and read their difference on channel A, and a third identical transducer to channel B. This means the outer BNC ring of channel A will be at a different voltage than the outer ring of Channel B. Will this work or are they connected inside, thus shorting the inputs to one another in this scheme? I've attached a simple sketch to help explain.

The BNC grounds are common.

The PS3425 Differential Oscilloscpe may be what you require for differential voltage measurement (http://www.picotech.com/differential-oscilloscopes.html).
