ADC 16 problem

I got some troubles about ADC16. I do not know what this fault comes from the hardware or software. When I record the data, the graphs are run and shown on the monitor as normal. When I stop the measurement and open this file with Pico Player, it have no any data in that file. It seems to be that all data cannot be saved. So, how should i solve this problem? Hello guest,

Did the system previously work OK? If so, has any aspect of the system been changed in any way?
