Hi ,
I have just purchased the el005 environmon. problem is connecting to laptop. Have tried to connect via a belkin serial to usb converter, is this correct. If so it still not working...

How do I connect if incorrect.

Hello Aaron,

You need to install the converter according to the manufacturer instructions and then find out which COM port has been assigned by your operating system. You should then use that COM port when configuring EnviroMon.
