Hi the 9000 is a sampling oscilloscope, it works by building up a picture of a repetitive signal over many times.
It is designed specifically for the complex task of analysing high-speed electrical signals, used in signal analysis, timing analysis, testing and design of high-speed digital communication systems, network analysis, semiconductor testing, and research and development.
It is completely different to the 5000 or any of our scopes. The 5000 can sample at 1GS/s single shot. So two different scopes for very different applications.
Hope this helps. |
