Hi Pico Support,
I have just bought a brand new HP laptop with 2.0GHz dual core processor
2GB memory-250GB hard Drive with vista home premium 32 bit.
I have installed the new softeware 6.0.12.2 vista from your web site and the scope works great on any time base faster then 200ms.
once you put it in 200ms or slower, which I understand is streaming the waveform will go all the way across the screen and stop, then the scope will freeze up,
If you touch anything on the screen, it will say pico6 not responding ,I can not get it to come out of this unless ,I unhook the usb cord to the scope or hold the off button down to kill the laptop either way you have to restart the scope to get working again, but still will not work at 200ms or slower.
I have messed with this all week end trying to find the problem with no luck any ideas?
Thanks for the time.

Hi Rich,
We are sorry that you are experiencing this problem and wish to try replicating it.
Could you please let me know which PicoScope hardware you are using and what the signal is?
Regards
John |

Hi John,
I started to make you a copy this morning and now all is working good.
I don't know what I did if anything but all is good now.
I am using the pico3423.It did not matter what signal,I could even not have anything hooked up and it would do it.
it acted like the 2.0 usb was not there and I had messed with it but some reason it works now.
I will let you know if the problem comes back.
I love your product and have used it know for 4 years with good results.
thanks for the reply.
