I've been using your 3204 with ver R5 SW.
I just ordered a 5203.

R5 does not support the 5203.
Does R6 support the "Save on Trigger" mode ?
Or is there another way to automatically save multiple waveforms over a long period of time ?

Thanks,

Hi,

PicoScope 6 automatically stores waveforms into a circular buffer. By default it stores the last 32 waveforms but using the preferences this can be increased to 1000.

In this way the 1000 most recent triggered waveforms are stored in memory. When you save the data you have the choice of saving the most recent file only or all the waveforms in the buffer.

Its a bit different to how we did it in PicoScope 5 but in many ways its better. If you have ever been looking at a scope screen and an odd waveform flashes on the screen before you can stop the scope then this feature is for you. As its "always on" you can scroll back through the last few waveforms to find the one of interest.

Regards
Alan
