Hi,
We've just got a TC-08 at work from RS, and the manual says supported by Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP or later, but when trying to install, the software says it won't load because we've got the wrong version of Windows.
All our test PCs run Windows 2003 Server, which I'm pretty sure is later than all those mentioned!!
Any ideas? |

Hello Guest,
We do not specifically support Windows 2003 Server, however, if you run in 'compatibility mode', it should work.
If you wish to try that, then use the latest version of PicoLog R5.18.0 http://www.picotech.com/download.html

Hi,
I just went to try that and it didn't work, came up with the same error.
Does that mean we need to change all our test PCs to XP? |

Hello Guest,
I'm sorry that you were unsuccessful in getting the system to work on Windows 2003 Server.
As stated previously, we do not support that platform, which is somewhat different from Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP or later.
It might be worth asking Microsoft if is possible to improve the performance of the compatibility mode on Windows 2003 Server.
