Hi Everyone

i used Pico Serial TC-08 with Windows 98. The problem is my PC is too old and I couldn't even use the mouse so i have to use the directional key from Num-pad. That's why i want to change the PC. Can you suggest me how to change PC without affecting the software? I'm afraid I don't have the software. And if i have to install from the start, can you tell me step by step?

Hi,
Sounds like you need to update your PC urgently!
Don't worry about the Pico Software, it is available free from our website and is very easy to install. Just make sure that any replacement PC has a serial port or you will need a USB to serial adapter. Contact the helpdesk if you have trouble installing the software once you have the new PC.
