Unfortunately, this sort of signal will of necessity be difficult to decode. if it was easy it would not be much of an immobilizer! We have no specific information on the general form of the signal either. It could be similar to the 1 or 2 wire CAN Bus signals so you could look for signs of shorting to something else distorting the waveform but that is about all.
