| cannot get this to work the thing comes up in com port 16 but the device that uses the serial asks for what com port and i choose 16 but it says its in use is there a port conflict or some thing iam missing? please help |

Hi and thank you for your post.
In device manager choose your port and go to advanced settings, change the COM port below 10.
