logging reading in certain interval

Hi

I am using acd212-50. CH.A measure AC current, CH.B measure AC voltage.

I need to log the RMS AC current , RMS AC voltage & RMS power every minute for one day.

Please advice me what is the best way to do.

It seems picologger cannot output RMS measurements. Am I correct?

The way I am doing now is paste a link to Excel, then use Excel to work out the RMS power. Unfortunately, it jsut update the same location.
Is there any Excel macro already available that I can use in order to log the results and analyse them later.

Hi,

To have the readings displayed in RMS you will have to convert the Peak to Peak readings. This can be done by using the 'Calculated Parameters' option:

Settings|Calculated Parameters.

The different scientific formulae that can be used and the method of call can be found in the help manual under Equations. This would be the same for all the conversions that you want to do.

It can also be achieved by using Excel in the way you expressed. We provide examples for all our products using excel and they can be downloaded from here:
