PicoLog Locks Up When Trying to Gather Data

Hi,

I am using PicoLog on a PicoScope 3424. I am inputting a modulated signal from a function generator and a triggering signal as well as another signal that I am trying to read the data from. I set up PicoLog so that all of these channels are inputted, though I am only trying to record the data on the last signal that I mentioned. When I click "record data," a box opens saying "Auto-ranging..." and PicoLog locks up and the box doesn't go away. I wait for 30 minutes and nothing happens and I eventually have to exit the program because it is "Not Responding." If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Also, I am using software version 5.14.6.
