We have a permeability cell and a humidity detector for each side of the cell, but now we need to get those measurements into a computer! Help!
Our humidity detectors output 0 to 5V. The manufacturer suggested to use the "reference" voltage from a data logger as the supply voltage. Do you have any dataloggers that will allow us to do this? Can we some how use the +/- 2.5V loggers to span the 0 to 5V range of the detector?
Thanks for any suggestions or advice. |

Hello User,
You can use one of our voltage input data loggers with a potential divider to bring the voltage into the 2.5v range.
The reference voltage is developed for reference. There is a very small amount of current available on this voltage output but it is not designed for driving sensors. YOu will have to check the current requirements of your humidity sensor for suitability.
Best regards,
