I have been using Picoscope 3206 for a while. It works fine, but any time I connect the Picoscope to the PC, it appears the following pop-up message "the device may perform faster if connected to a USB 2.0 port". I tried with several PCs but the warning mssage still appears (the PC includes a USB 2.0 controller!). As a matter of fact, when I try to connect some other USB 2.0 device to the same USB port, the mssage does not appear and the device works properly.
I wonder if my Picoscope is working at the USB 1.1 speed or the USB 2.0 speed!
Thank you very much in advance

Aldo,
Just ignore the message. It will run at the 2.0 speed. |

Any chance of a fix to the driver so the warning message doesn't pop up? Even though it doesn't matter if you do plug it into a usb2 port, it will matter if you accidentally plug it into a usb1 port. At the very least add something to the scope / logger application that confirms it's a usb2 port (eg in about box or something)
Cheers

Hi Andrew
The Help | About box in Picoscope will tell you whether the scope is running at USB 1 or 2 speed.
Best Regards |
