Good morning, i would like to buy a picoscope 3205 but i have a question before, it’s specified that the 3206 have a 100MS/s in dual channel mode and a 200MS/s in the single channel mode, but for the 3205 the 100MS/s is for wich mode? Single or dual channel mode?
Thank for your answer

Hi
Thank you for your post.
The 100MS/s is for one channel. If you use 2 channels then the maximum becomes 50MS/s for each channel.
Hope this helps

Hi, thanks for your reply, but after visiting the Pico Web site, i have found the user manual for Picoscope in PDF format, so after read it, i have see in this document the specification, and it's specified that for the 3205 the sampling rate is 100MS/s if one OR two channel are used. So this information is not compliant with what you says, can confirm which one is correct or if i have no understand something?
Thanks in advance
(Sorry if my english is not so good as yours but i'm french)
Best regards |

Hello,
The 3204 and 3205 both maintain the high sampling rate for one and two channels. The 3206 will divide the sampling rate for two channels.
Best regards,
