Sorry if these questions are "old hat", but although I am quite familiar with Pico logging software, I have never used Enviromon, and one of my colleagues wants some advice.
Can the Enviromon log scaled data, or does it only save raw data? He will be using 2 EL037s with an EL005, inputs are 4 to 20 mA representing 0 to 10 bar pressure, but with small scale and offset corrections.
Can the Enviromon log derived data, e.g. scaled channel 1 minus scaled channel 2?
Can the Enviromon be configured to alarm on derived data?
And finally, can we run the Enviromon and the 4-20 mA devices all from a single 24 volt power supply?
Many thanks for any help. |

Hello
Answers in order:
1 EnviroMon logs raw data and scales in the graph view.
2 EnviroMon cannot create calculated parameters.
3 The system can alarm on scaled values
4 The complete system will need a constant 12v power supply.
Best regards,
