Thank you for your post.
Which certificate do you mean? If you are after a calibration certificate then we need to have the unit here to calibrate it and there is a charge for the calibration process. Our calibration is tracable to UKAS standards however it is not an official UKAS calibration.
If you wish to have your unit calibrated then please let me know so I can supply you with a returns number.

| when i bought this item we were told that the unit was a calirbrate. And came with a certificate. |

Hi
Thank you for your post.
The unit is calibrated in as far as it has passed our test procedure. A calibration certificate is not issued with the unit, this is standard.
For a calibration certificate to be issued, either at time of purchase or afterwards, we need to perform the calibration procedure. This is why a charge is then incurred for the calibration and accompanying certificate.
