Hi
can you provide;
1. Details of how to utilise multiple USB Tc08 using your excel macro
2. A labview sample for the USB TC08 similar to the one for the serial TC08?
Thanks

Hi
Thank you for your post.
With regards the Excel macro, unfortunately you will need to investigate multiple units yourself. Someone on the forum may be able to help you with this.
Secondly, there should be a LabView example with the USB TC-08 for download on our website at:
http://www.picotech.com/software.html
If it is not there then please email and let us know. We can then sort out putting it on the web and email the files you need.
Hope this helps

|
|
Hi
thanks for the labview vi - however in both the excel example and the labview example, the tc08 is returning an error 14. This error is not listed in the help file (stops at 13). I have the dll in the appropriate place, and the tc08 works ok with the picolog software.
Can you advise what the error indicates, and how to correct?
I have downloaded the current drivers file and used the stuff from that with the same result
Cheers

Hi John
Thank you for your post.
Error 14 means that an old picopp.sys driver was found on the system. Therefore you need to update this. Downloading and installing the latest version of software should solve this.
Hope this helps
