Hello
I am from France, sorry for my bad English
I bought a PICO CARD but I have a problem when I try to install it
I possess a laptop ACER ASPIRE 1705SMi (January 2004).
1?) I insert the CD in my computer
2?) A window proposes me two choices, I choose therefore PCMCIA
3?) Once the finished setup, a message indicates me that I next can insert the card.
4?) I insert therefore the card, the CD proposes me then two files, I choose the first one and the installation launches itself.
And after about ten seconds, I have not anymore the hand on my computer, all is blocked. If I withdraw the card, my computer unblocks itself and I can again to use it.
Please, can you help me ?
Many thanks to you

Hi
Thank you for your post.
Can you tell me what this 'card' is? I am unsure which of our products it is that you mean.
If you can provide me with some more information as to exactly which of our products you are using then I will be more than happy to help you further.
Best Regards |

Hi
Thank you for your post and the link.
This card is not actually one of our products. It appears that the name "SPHINX ELECTRONIK" is actually the people who produce it.
I would recommend getting in touch with them for advice on who to solve these problems.
Best Regards |
