TC08 v2.6 driver not found

I keep getting the above error. i have tried the solutions posted to other users for this problem including re-installing and installing to a new folder but nothing seems to work.

Can i download this driver and where should it be?

Hi

Thank you for your post, I am sorry to hear that you have been having problems.

Rather than it not being able to find the driver, it is more likely that it cannot find the unit. This is the message you get when the computer cannot communicate with the unit.

Has this unit worked on this computer before?
If you try installing on another computer, does it work there?
