Picoscope 3206 USB problems

The 3206 is now not recognized on any USB port.
I tried another PC as well. Both PC are running XP Pro.
The PC looks for a driver and says it can not find one. The LED on the 3206 lights up and there is no difference if I use the external 3206 power supply.
The porblem started to happen after I introduced another USB port powered device on the same USB powered hub with the 3206. This caused the USB power to shutdown. I tried to resolve the problem by moving the USB loads around the different USB ports.

Thank you for your post, I am sorry to hear that you have been seeing problems again.

Does the PS3000 not work on any computer? If this is the case then it may need repairing. If this is the case, please contat us by email at tech@picotech.com to arrange the repair.
