Is there any API and samples (Delphi, C++) supplied for Scope 3200 series in order to develope my own application?

I need a sine wave generator with frequency from DC to 5MHz. Do you have any recommendation?

There are some examples available for the PS3000 series. You need to download the drivers package from:
