We recommend that people use the supplied power supplies as we cannot guarantee product performance when used with none-specified power supplies. (Replacement power supplies can be purchased online.)

If customers use their own supply they must ensure that they meet the local EMC and safety requirements, and meet the following specifications:

  • Centre connector pin is positive.
  • Power supplies must be fully floating (not grounded) to prevent noise pickup.
