2. Online ordering and pricing (E-commerce)
All our products can be ordered online using our secure e-commerce system.
Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta. Your card will be debited in UK Sterling, so the exact amount you are charged in local currency will depend on the current exchange rate. Products ordered by e-commerce will usually be dispatched within 24 hours (see delivery and security information below).
Goods will be charged at the price in effect at the time of ordering. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Pico website is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price.
Where chargeable, on orders within the European Union sales tax (VAT) will be added at the rate applicable at the time of despatch.
If you know which product you wish to order, you can order online by selecting the product you want from our online order form.
3. Order direct from Pico Technology
If you do not have a local distributor, or if your distributor does not have stock, then you can order direct from Pico Technology.# We can normally despatch your order within 24 hours of payment. Please note that you may have to pay import duty when the goods arrive in your country. Pico Technology is not responsible for these charges.
#Please be aware, your local distributor may not provide technical support on items that are not purchased directly from them.
Warranty and Returns Policy
All Pico products are manufactured to the highest standards under a ISO9001 registered quality scheme and carry a 2 year return to manufacturer warranty.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Pico Technology. In the event it does not prove suitable for your application you can return the product for an exchange or refund. To claim, the product must be returned in good condition within 14 days. Before returning a product please contact Pico for a returns number. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All information about our customers is kept private and is never passed on to any third party (privacy policy).
When you are ready to complete your order you will be taken to our secure server. To ensure your details are kept secure, all personal information (including credit / debit card numbers) are protected by SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption. SSL encryption is the recognised way of safely transferring credit/debit card details across the Internet.
