Introduction

This will produce a graph in a web page of all of your sensor readings for the last week, updated every day. Once set up the system is totally automatic.

These instructions assume that you already have a working Enviromon system capable of downloading data to the PC.

scheduled tasks
  1. Copy upload.ftp and Enviromon.bat to your computer’s EnviroMon directory, normally c:\pico
  2. Edit upload.ftp to contain your web server’s address, your username and password.
  3. Copy Enviromon.html to your area of your web server. To do this you will need the address, for example www.picotech.com, your username and the password.
  4. Set enviromon.bat to run as a scheduled task. To do this use addScheduledTask in Start/ Settings / Control Panel. This will load a wizard to help you.
  5. Select enviromon.bat as the task to run. Use browse if necesary.
  6. Select the time interval between tasks. (Daily)
  7. Select the time of day the run should occur. (Whenever the PC is likely to be on AND CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET).
  8. On NT,2000,XP or Vista machines you may need to input a windows user name and password.
  9. Press Finish and that’s it.
